Jessica France

Jessica France is a Ghanaian development economist who recently completed her Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) at Harvard Kennedy School (HKS). Her research has explored social protection, economic opportunity, and the challenges facing women-led businesses in Ghana. She has worked in research, policy consulting, climate finance, and development finance, bringing together quantitative analysis and an understanding of the policy decisions that shape people’s lives. She cares deeply about Africa’s development and hopes to contribute to solutions that respond to the realities people face and create opportunities for communities to thrive.
